Year 6 Study Light
11th December 2018
Year 6 have been studying (and having fun with) LIGHT this half term.
They have learned so much: from the electromagnetic spectrum to Einstein's correct prediction about the bending of light; from why sunsets appear red to how light from distant stars can reveal what they are made of.
It has been wonderful to work with such curious young physicists. Also, we are very grateful to others who have given up their time to deepen our understanding of this fascinating subject; our resident chemist, Chris, plus one of our student's grandfathers (an expert on lasers)!
