Master Storyteller Wows New School Audiences

8th March 2019

Andy Wright, a New Zealander in his third decade of professional storytelling, filled the New School airwaves with such raw energy, that our students were laughing, shuddering, gasping and ... joining in.

Andy's passionately thorough knowledge of Mauri mythology was in evidence as he recounted the adventures of Maui for a range of age groups, helpfully linking the stories to the Greek and Roman myths they are more familiar with.

Our sincere thanks go to Andy for such wonderful performances and to Susie, our librarian, for organising the event to mark World Book Day.
