The New School was founded in 1972 by a group of parents and teachers who wanted to create a school where academic excellence would be combined with attention to the individual and the development of personal and social responsibility.

29th November Primary Update

Dear Parents & Carers,

We hope you had a restful half-term break. The staff and students have returned refreshed and ready to go. This term is packed with exciting trips and learning. The Sixth Form Art students are exploring the Venice Biennale, The English department are on their way to London for a Theatre trip and the Primary students are preparing for their Winter Play.

It has been a busy half-term across the school. Well done to the new students who have settled into our community so well and thank you to everyone who has made them so welcome. Now it is time for all of our students and staff to rest and recuperate with family and friends. We wish you a restful break and look forward to seeing you all on the 4th November.
