Two bulbs IN SERIESThe difference between a parallel and series circuit is that the series circuit has two bulbs that are in series which means one after the other.

Two bulbs in PARALLELThe parallel circuit is different because the bulbs are on two different lines and the electricity flows on both lines. If you switch one line off the other one stays on.

In the series circuit the electricity flows on the same line and if you switch it off it all turns off.
