HOMEThe Class of 2005

    Leavers Dinner - 17th June 2005

After many years of memories and some unusual haircuts, the Year 13s of 2005 finally said good-bye to The New School.

LeaversA02

“As they got older they just got better and better, more interesting and enthusiastic. They were very unconventional individuals who thought for themselves.  Delightful, much loved! I was sorry to see them go.”
    - Tony (Physics)

    LeaversF

    “They were smashing!”
    - Gary (Maths)

LeaversB

“The students that left in 2005 were each very different and their individuality was reflected in their artwork.  They produced some excellent and original work and were a lovely group to teach. I was sad to see them go!”
    - Francesca (Art)

    LeaversC

“They were the first class I taught in Year 11.  Very bright, very sparky - we had a clash of wills - they won.  They told me not to worry, that they would all get As at A level. I told them they wouldn’t - they were right, I was wrong. Argumentative, frustrating, intelligent, charming - I miss them already.”
    - Jack (History)

“What a fantastic group of individuals! I loved teaching them and found them stimulating and challenging. We had lots of interesting discussions and over the years, I saw them develop their talents and become confident young adults. They have all been so successful and while we miss them, it’s great to hear all their news.  They were special.”
    - Domini (English)
